The Formal Indictment Against the Leaders, Shepherds, and Men of Israel
To the rulers, teachers, and men who bear the name of Israel: This is a formal bill of indictment, drawn from the standard of the Law and the Prophets, filed against your systemic distortion of the Word of the Most High and your degradation of the daughters of Zion.
You have taken the holy statutes of YAH and twisted them into a license for tyranny, treating the woman, YAH’s deliberate, gift of creation as mere chattel property, and an object of subjugation. By operating in the brokenness of the fall rather than the righteousness of the Commandment, you have blasphemed the character of the Creator, causing His holy name to be reproached and His daughters to groan under the weight of your abuses.
Hear the word of the Judgment.
Count I: Profaning the Name and Character of YAH
The Charge: You have falsely taught that the Most High sanctions the devaluation, mistreatment, and structural erasure of women, thereby portraying a holy and just Creator as an unjust, partial tyrant. You have made YAH an accomplice to your pride and arrogance.
The Scriptures stand against you. The Torah declares that the Judge of all the earth acts without partiality or corruption:
"For YAH your Elohim is GOD of gods and Lord of lords, the great, the mighty, and the awesome Elohim, who is not partial and takes no bribe. He executes justice for the fatherless and the widow..." (Deuteronomy 10:17-18)
By misrepresenting His Law to diminish women, you have broken the third commandment, carrying the name of YAH in vain, attaching His divine authority to your empty, self-serving philosophies. He will not hold you guiltless.
Count II: Erasing the Divine Blueprint of Creation
The Charge: You have taught that woman is inherent property, secondary in human value, and stripped of her identity as an image-bearer of the Almighty. You have substituted the curse of Genesis 3:16 (the fallen state of rule and desire) for the established Commandment of creation.
From the very beginning, the decree of the Most High shattered your doctrines of ownership:
"Elohim created man in His own image, in the image of Elohim He created him; male and female He created them." (Genesis 1:27)
Both were given dominion, not one over the other, but together over the creation. When YAH brought the woman to Adam, she was designated as an ezer kenegdo (Genesis 2:18), a term routinely used throughout the Hebrew Scriptures to describe YAH Himself as a "help" or "rescuer" of Israel (e.g., Psalm 121:1-2). It denotes an indispensable counterpart, a position of strength, not a subhuman servant or a piece of livestock to be bartered. By treating her as property, you mirror the pagan nations and the slavemasters of old, entirely distinct from the holiness required of Israel.
Count III: Shepherding with Cruelty and Scattering the Flock
The Charge: Your false doctrines and harshness have caused the daughters of Israel to moan, groan, complain, and stumble. You have driven them away from the Torah because they look at your conduct and assume it reflects the heart of YAH.
The Prophet Ezekiel’s ancient indictment falls directly upon your heads today:
"The weak you have not strengthened, the sick you have not healed, the injured you have not bound up, the strayed you have not brought back, the lost you have not sought, and with force and harshness you have ruled them. So they were scattered, because there was no shepherd..." (Ezekiel 34:4-5)
You have used the Scriptures as an iron rod to crush the spirits of women, rather than providing the protection, equity, and honor demanded by the Covenant. Because of you, women have questioned the righteousness of the Almighty, driven to despair by the very men who were commanded to love and protect them. The blood of their spiritual stumbling is required at your hands.
Count IV: Perverting Justice and the Law of the Household
The Charge: You demand absolute, unconditional submission while ignoring your own covenantal obligations of provision, fidelity, protection, and honor. You have weaponized the Torah to protect your vices while exploiting her vulnerabilities.
The Prophet Malachi explicitly condemns the men of Israel for this exact treachery, warning that YAH rejects the worship, prayers, and offerings of men who mistreat their wives:
"And this second thing you do. You cover YAH's altar with tears, with weeping and groaning, because He no longer regards the offering or accepts it with favor from your hand. But you say, 'Why does He not?' Because YAH was witness between you and the wife of your youth, to whom you have been faithless, though she is your companion and your wife by covenant." (Malachi 2:13-14)
The text is explicit: she is your companion (chaveret) and your covenant partner, not your slave, and definitely, not your child. The Torah provides stringent protections for women, even in complex ancient legal structures (such as Exodus 21:10, which guarantees a formerly engaged woman's food, clothing, and shelter without diminution). If the Torah protects the vulnerable from neglect, how much greater is your condemnation when you strip her of basic human dignity?
Addendum to the Bill of Indictment: The Blasphemy of Surface-Level Doctrine
This shows exactly how your surface-level interpretation directly blasphemes the Law.
Count V: Lying Against the Holiness of YAH and the Integrity of His Law
The Charge: You have fabricated a false doctrine of polygyny by claiming the Most High gave King Saul’s “wives” to David for marital and conjugal possession (referencing a surface-level reading of 2 Samuel 12:8). In your eagerness to find a scriptural license for your lusts and theories of polygyny, you have failed to search out the matter, thereby portraying YAH as a violator of His own immutable Law.
1. The Legal Blasphemy: Making YAH a Promoter of Abomination
Your doctrine states that YAH handed Saul’s “wives” over to David as a sexual or marital gift. By teaching this, you accuse the Almighty of orchestrating a capital offense.
David’s first covenant wife was Michal, Saul’s daughter (1 Samuel 18:27). Saul’s wife was Ahinoam, the daughter of Ahimaaz (1 Samuel 14:50), making her Michal’s mother, David’s mother-in-law. The Torah stands as an unyielding wall against your ignorance, declaring:
"And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you." (Leviticus 20:14)
YAH is holy, righteous, and unchangeable. He does not declare an act to be a vile, capital wickedness in the Torah and then turn around and hand that same wickedness to David as a "blessing." To teach this is to strip YAH of His integrity, falsely claiming He alters His holy standards depending on a man's political status.
2. The Historical and Geographical Deception | The Tale of Two Ahinoams
The entire premise of some of their doctrine relies on historical and geographical illiteracy, specifically the confusion of two completely different women who happen to share the same name.
Their teachings are conflating two completely different women because they refuse to diligently study the text. They confuse Ahinoam, daughter of Ahimaaz (the Queen of Israel from the northern tribe of Benjamin) with Ahinoam of Jezreel (a woman from the southern territory of Judah).
David “married” Ahinoam of Jezreel while he was hiding in the wilderness, while Saul was still alive and sitting on the throne (1 Samuel 25:43). David did not run off with Saul’s queen. There is absolutely no scriptural record of David ever touching, marrying, or having marital relations with any wife or concubine of Saul.
3. Perverting Protective Custody into Sexual Exploitation
When Nathan the Prophet rebukes David, saying, "I gave thee thy master's house, and thy master's wives into thy bosom..." (2 Samuel 12:8), your surface-level minds instantly equate "bosom" with a sexual bed. This is a complete perversion of ancient Near Eastern legal idioms.
The word for bosom or lap here is cheq (חֵיק), which denotes custody, care, stewardship, and close responsibility. In the ancient history, when a dynasty changed, the incoming king inherited the entire royal estate, including the dependent women of the court (the widows and daughters of the former regime). If the new king did not take them into his bosom (meaning into his legal care and protective custody), they would be left destitute, vulnerable, or targeted for political execution.
By placing them into David's care, YAH was charging David with the stewardship and maintenance of Saul's household. David's role was to be their guardian, ensuring their legal rights, food, clothing, and shelter were entirely secure under the righteous standard of the Covenant.
4. The Weight of Your Ignorance
You have taken a divine mandate of royal protection and protection of the vulnerable, and dragged it down into the mud to justify your own doctrines of whoredom. You did not search out the matter because you do not have an intimate understanding of His Holiness.
Every time you devalue a woman using a twisted, lazy interpretation of Scripture, you are directly assaulting the righteousness of the Lawgiver Himself. You are operating purely in the brokenness of the fall, and the weight of this deception is a heavy burden you will have to answer for.
Count VI strikes at the very root of your dysfunction. They have swapped reverence and obedience for intellectual pride and endless contention. They spend hours, days, and years arguing, shouting, and debating on street corners and internet platforms over the definitions of words and verses, yet neither side is actually walking in the statutes they fight over.
By turning the Holy Scriptures into a competitive sport to see who can "prove" their doctrine or dominate another person, they are completely copying the lifestyle of the Gentiles. They have adopted the debating styles of the Greeks and the Romans rather than following the blueprint of the Prophets.
Count VI: The Fruitless Strife of Words and the Rejection of the True Blueprint
The Charge: You spend your strength and time in perpetual debate, contention, and arguments over the letter of the Scripture, transforming the holy instructions of the Most High into a weapon of pride. In doing so, you have utterly abandoned the scriptural blueprint for seeking understanding, choosing instead to imitate the contentious, prideful customs of the heathen nations.
1. The Heathen Custom of Prideful Debate
Nowhere in the Hebrew Scriptures do we find the righteous prophets, judges, or leaders of Israel engaging in endless, arrogant debates with one another to prove who is smarter or who can dominate a theological argument. The Prophets spoke what YAH commanded, called for repentance, and walked away.
By turning the word of the Most High into an arena for intellectual wrestling matches where both sides are often entirely wrong, you are fulfilling the tragic reality spoken through the Prophet Ezekiel:
“And ye shall know that I am YAH: for ye have not walked in my statutes, neither executed my judgments, but have done after the manners of the heathen that are round about you.” (Ezekiel 11:12)
You have taken on the spirit of the heathen. You argue over the Law, but you do not execute it. You debate the Hebrew roots of words, but your households and congregations remain broken and devoid of His Spirit. Your arguments are entirely fruitless because they are born out of the ego of the fall, not a desire for holiness.
2. The True Blueprint: King Josiah and the Prophetess Huldah
When the righteous King Josiah discovered that Israel had lost its way and the "Book of the Law" was found hidden and neglected in the Temple, he did not assemble his leaders to argue, debate, or hold a panel discussion on what the words meant. He did not let men huddle together to manipulate the text to suit their own comfort.
Instead, the king humbled himself, rent his clothes, and sent his highest officials, including Hilkiah the High Priest and Shaphan the scribe, to seek true divine guidance, wait for it, from a woman prophetess. Look at the blueprint he left for us:
"Go ye, inquire of YAH for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found..." (2 Kings 22:13)
And who did the High Priest and the King’s officials go to for an accurate, uncompromised understanding of YAH's mind? They went to a woman, the Prophetess Huldah (2 Kings 22:14).
Think about the profound irony and the absolute condemnation this places on the modern men of Israel: The High Priest himself, the top spiritual leader of the nation, did not assume he knew everything. He did not start a debate. He went to a righteous woman whom YAH spoke through to get the undisputed, direct truth.
3. The Condemnation of Your Spiritual Blindness
If you do not have direct, humble communication with Elohim, the blueprint is to seek out those who walk in intimate understanding and humility, not to scream over one another in fruitless debates. But because your leaders are blinded by pride, you reject the very vessels YAH chooses to speak through, especially the daughters of Zion. You would rather be "right" in your own eyes and argue into the night than humble yourselves, seek true spiritual guidance, and stop the weight of your transgressions.
When Josiah sent his top officials to inquire of YAH, he wasn't looking for ammunition to win a private argument. He wasn't trying to build a personal platform, gain a following, or prove he was smarter than the next man. He sought that knowledge for the benefit of others, for himself, for the everyday people, and for the entire nation of Judah. It was sincere and grounded in a desire for the physical and spiritual safety of everyone.
Whatever the Prophetess Huldah revealed wasn't a "private interpretation" to be kept as a secret doctrine; it was the standard that would govern the land, bringing equity, protection, and correction to every single soul from the greatest to the least.
4. The Selfless Blueprint vs. The Self-Serving Debate
Look closely at the motive of a righteous leader versus the motive of a contentious debater. When King Josiah sought understanding, his heart was set entirely on the welfare of the nation:
"Go ye, inquire of YAH for me, and for the people, and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that is found..." (2 Kings 22:13)
Josiah understood that true divine knowledge is never meant to be a trophy for personal pride. He sought it for himself, for the people, and for all Judah. Whatever truth was brought back from the Prophetess Huldah was destined to become the law of the land — a protective, righteous standard that brought justice, safety, and alignment to the entire community. It was sought to heal, to correct oppression, and to save the people from destruction.
Contrast that pure, selfless blueprint with the modern leaders, teachers, and men of Israel today.
You do not argue on street corners or debate on social media platforms for the salvation of the people or the protection of all Judah. You do it for personal vanity. You do it to satisfy your own egos, to maintain control over your small circles, and to protect your twisted doctrines of rulership over women. Your knowledge is selfish; it is insular, competitive, and designed to tear down rather than to build up.
If your teachings were truly for the benefit of the people and all Judah, your households would be spaces of safety, your women would not be groaning under your harshness, and your congregations would be standard-bearers of YAH’s holiness. Instead, you keep the people trapped in a perpetual cycle of confusion, contentiousness, and heathen behavior, leaving the daughters of Zion vulnerable and the nation scattered in gross darkness. You will answer for withholding the true, selfless blueprint of leadership from the flock of the Most High.
The Verdict and the Warning
You are operating in the spiritual lineage of the corrupt priests and rulers who brought about the destruction of Jerusalem. You pride yourselves on outward signs of Hebrew identity. wearing the fringes, studying the texts, giving yourselves titles, claiming the lineage, while your homes and congregations are filled with oppression.
Hear the words of Isaiah:
"Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean; remove the evil of your deeds from before my eyes; cease to do evil, learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless, plead the widow's cause." (Isaiah 1:16-17)
If you do not repent of this degradation, if you do not restore the honor, value, and sacred status of the women of Israel, the Most High will completely shut His ears to your prayers, in fact, they are already shut. He will champion the cause of the oppressed against you, and you will bear your iniquity in the day of His visitation.
Elohim still loves you, Israel. The call remains the same: Choose Life, Choose Blessing, Choose Undivided Devotion. Repent, Return, and be free from the shadows of gross darkness.
