From Dominion to Dictatorship | When Rule Replaces Righteousness
Let’s dig deeper into the mechanics of this broken dynamic of man ruling over woman, because the degradation doesn't stop at petty name-calling. It goes much deeper, into a dark, calculated attempt to de-moralize, subjugate, and objectify Hebrew sisters.
What kind of Brother stands before a woman of Zion and acts as if she wasn't born with a brain? What kind of spirit convinces a man that a daughter of the Most High is inherently less than him, created only to be ruled with zero recourse, zero voice, and zero respect?
It is the spirit of the slavemaster, wrapped up in a cloak of false righteousness.
The Fallacy of the Silent Woman
We see it constantly: Brothers talking down to sisters, using weaponized, twisted interpretations of scriptural text to justify absolute domination. They want total compliance, and the moment a Sister questions a matter or speaks out against injustice, she is chastised, silenced, and treated like property. They have adopted a mindset that teaches them to resent the very wisdom a woman brings to the table.
But let’s look at the foundational truth of creation. If a man claims his wife is entirely void of wisdom, understanding, or capability, he is indicting himself.
Out of man came woman. If the reflection is entirely broken, what does that say about the source? A woman is only dumb as the man she was taken from.
YAH commanded the man to train up a child in the way he should go, but notice the text never uses the word "rule" over that child. If the divine order was purely about absolute tyranny and heavy-handed control, why would a man be told to train a child, yet turn around and try to subjugate a grown woman as if she were an animal to be tamed?
Genesis 1 and the Reality of the Sovereignty
Go back to the very beginning, before the “fall” of the world. In Genesis chapter 1, the mandate was clear: YAH spoke to both man and woman, and told them together to have dominion, to multiply, and to rule over the earth. It was a shared responsibility of stewardship and sovereignty.
The heavy-handed "ruling" of man over woman only entered the picture in Genesis chapter 3:16, after the fall. It was a consequence of a broken world, a warning of what happens when structural harmony is fractured. YAH knew the inherent wickedness and ego of a fallen man would seek to dominate rather than protect, turning a partnership into a dictatorship that runs completely contrary to His original standard.
When a Brother resorts to treating a Sister like a captive rather than a companion, he isn’t operating in the divine order of creation. He is operating in the curse of the fall. He is acting exactly like the oppressors who took away our names, our heritage, and our autonomy, using psychological warfare to keep a people down.
True Hebrew Excellence requires men who are secure enough in their own authority that they don’t need to crush a woman’s intellect to feel powerful. It requires men who value a Sister's brain, her insight, and her spiritual standing. Anything less isn't leadership, it’s just heathen tyranny with a scriptural cover story.
Elohim still loves you, Israel. The call remains the same: Choose Life, Choose Blessing, Choose Undivided Devotion. Repent, Return, and be free from the shadows of gross darkness.
