Bible Study Series | For the Benefit of Others | Lesson 10 | How "Affirmative Action" Built Everyone’s House But Ours

For sixty years, the U.S. has marketed Affirmative Action as a grand gesture of "judicial repair" for the Hebrew (the Black man and woman). It was framed as the recompense for the centuries of racial inequality in employment, housing, schools, etc. But a deep dive into the history of the last six decades reveals a staggering truth: while the Hebrews provided the push and the moral leverage to open the doors, it was the heathen and other groups who walked through and built their mansions.

In April 2026, the lies have been exposed. The truth has been revealed, and the racial equality that was promised to the descendants of the sharecroppers is nowhere to be found.

I. The Beneficiaries: A Case of Identity Theft

The policy was sold using the imagery of Jim Crow, yet the data shows a different story of who actually reaped the harvest.

• The Educational Diversion: In elite universities, "Affirmative Action" was quickly pivoted to "Diversity." Instead of prioritizing the descendants of those who built the "Ivy League" with uncompensated labor, institutions filled their quotas with wealthy international students and immigrants. By 2023, research indicated that a significant portion of "Black" students at top-tier schools were from elite foreign backgrounds, leaving the descendants of chattel slavery still locked out of the gate.
  
• The Workplace Windfall (White Women): Statistically, the group that gained the most from Affirmative Action was white women. By leveraging the “minority" label, they moved into management and executive roles at a rate that far outpaced Hebrews. In corporate banking and law, "Diversity" programs often ended up being "White Women's Advancement" programs.
  
• Business & Banking: "Minority-Owned Business" (MBE) certifications became a playground for the heathen. In many cases, groups with no ancestral ties to the 400-year struggle utilized these certifications to snatch government contracts, while Hebrews remained trapped in the Lending Trap of high-interest business loans.

II. The Segment: The "Chinese Wedge" and the Great Reversal

The most thought-provoking turn in this saga occurred recently when the entire structure of Affirmative Action was challenged and effectively dismantled in the Supreme Court case Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard (2023).

The Role of the "Heathen's Proxy"

The challenge was led by a legal strategist named Edward Blum, but the "face" of the movement was a group of Asian American (specifically Chinese) plaintiffs.

• The Argument: They argued that Affirmative Action was not "helping" the disadvantaged, but was instead a "Racial Ceiling" that discriminated against high-achieving Chinese students in favor of less-qualified candidates.
• The Minority Admissions Reversed: The heathen used a "Model Minority" as a wedge to topple the very policy that was supposedly built for our benefit. By pitting the Chinese student against the Hebrew student, the slavemaster was able to strike down race-conscious admissions entirely.
• The Outcome: The Supreme Court ruled that race can no longer be a factor in admissions. While the "Chinese Wedge" was used to win the case, early data from 2024 and 2025 suggests that the primary winners of this reversal aren't even the Asian students, they are once again the legacy admissions of the heathen’s elite descendants, while Hebrew enrollment at Ivy League schools has seen the sharpest decline.
  

But, it is a masterclass in judicial irony. The heathen is an expert at using one group as a hammer to break the door down, only to lock that same group out once the hinges are off.

The Chinese plaintiffs were convinced they were fighting for "Fairness," but they were actually serving as the sacrificial pawns in a much larger game of elite consolidation. By convincing the Chinese that the Hebrew student was their "competitor," the heathen successfully diverted their attention away from the Legacy Admissions where the children of the heathen's elite get in simply because of their bloodline, regardless of their qualification, money, or merit.

III. The "Double-Cross" of the Nations

In the aftermath of the 2023 Supreme Court ruling, the data from the 2024 and 2025 academic cycles has started to "scream" the truth:

• The Stagnation of the Wedge: While Asian students expected their numbers to skyrocket after the "race factor" was removed, many elite institutions (like MIT and Harvard) showed that Asian enrollment either plateaued or only saw marginal shifts. They were used for the "legal heavy lifting," but they didn't get the "keys to the kingdom."
• The Legacy Protection: By removing "Race" but keeping "Legacy" and "Donor" preferences, the heathen ensured that the Aristocracy of the United States remained untouched. The “Legacy Admission" seats are like an exclusive club, and the heathen will never let an outsider (Chinese) join the inner circle, or sit at that table, no matter how much they try to help destroy Hebrews. 
• The Hebrew Erasure: As I mentioned, the sharpest decline was reserved for the Hebrew. At schools like Amherst and others, Black enrollment dropped by nearly half in a single year. The system has effectively said, "We no longer need you to justify our funding, so you are no longer invited to the feast."

IV. The Judicial Lesson: "The Pit They Digged"

There is a powerful scriptural principle at play here:

"He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made." (Psalm 7:15)

The Chinese plaintiffs digged a pit to remove the "Hebrew," but they ended up falling into the "Ditch of the Elite." They traded their moral standing for a "hollow promise" of meritocracy, only to find that the heathen’s "merit" is actually just ancestral elitism. Ancestral elitism is the belief that individuals with specific lineage, such as noble, wealthy, or historically significant ancestors, possess superior merit, status, or rights. It manifests through pedigree-based hierarchies, lineage societies, and educational "legacy" advantages, often serving to justify social, economic, or power imbalances.

V. The Ledger of the Ivy League — Built on the Backs of Slaves

A. The Foundation of "Vain Excellence"

We have been taught to look at the Ivy League Schools as the pinnacle of human achievement, the "Gold Standard" of education in America. But as the "Dry Bones" rise, so does the truth about the slave labor that funded these institutions. The wealth used to build the libraries of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Brown was not just money; it was the blood, sweat, and uncompensated labor of our ancestors.

• The Endowment of Blood: These universities didn't just "coexist" with slavery; they were fueled by it. Many of the early presidents, professors, and donors were slavemasters who made their fortunes in the Trans-Atlantic slave trade or the extraction of tobacco and sugar.
• The Living Stones: The very bricks of some of these prestigious halls were laid by Hebrew hands. At schools like Harvard and The University of Virginia, our ancestors weren't just in the fields, they were cleaning the dorms, cooking the meals, and maintaining the grounds, all while being barred from ever entering a classroom.

B. The "Judicial Hypocrisy" of Admissions

In April 2026, we look at these institutions and see them arguing over "Affirmative Action" as if they are doing the Hebrew a favor by letting a few of us through the gate.

1. The Theft: They took the labor of our fathers to build the endowment that pays for their "World-Class" status.
2. The Fee: They then ask us to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans to learn from an educational institution  that was designed to exclude us.
3. The Closure: Now, with the reversal of Affirmative Action, they have effectively locked the door of a house that we built.

Israel, do not let the 'prestige' of the Ivy League dazzle you. When you walk onto those campuses, you aren't a ‘guest,’ you are the Heir to the Foundation. Every library book and every marble pillar was paid for by the 'Stolen Labor' of your lineage.

They use your minority status to win 'Diversity Awards' while they keep the Legacy Seats reserved for the heathen’s elite. It is time to stop seeking validation from institutions that were built on your captivity. Why are you begging for a seat in a house that belongs to you by Judicial Right? It is time to stop building their schools with our monetary support and start building our own Institutions of Zion.

VI. Conclusion: The End of the "Empty Promise"

The reversal of Affirmative Action is not a defeat for the Hebrews; it is a Judicial Clarification. The heathen has finally admitted that he has no intention of repairing the breach through his own laws.

The lie is over. We can no longer wait for a Policy to give us a seat at a table we built. If the heathen has closed the door of "Diversity," it is because Elohim is forcing us to build our own Hebrew Schools with YAH-centered curriculum.

Morah’s Reflection:

Israel, let this be a lesson in the Futility of Integration. The Chinese group thought that by helping the heathen dismantle a policy, they would be rewarded with 'equality.' Instead, they were used and then bypassed. This is why we don't 'lobby' the heathen for fairness. We don't 'scratch the back' of the Nations to get a seat at their table. Because at the end of the day, the slavemaster only loves the slavemaster. In April 2026, the decline in our numbers at these 'Ivy League' schools is a blessing in disguise. YAH is closing the doors of the heathen's schools because He wants us in Our Own Schools.  YAH is about separation; and He is separating us from the heathen in preparation for the destruction of this country. These Ivy League schools were built on the backs of slave labor and they have to be destroyed, also. YAH is drying up the 'hollow brooks' so we will finally seek the Living Water.

Almighty YAH, the worthless policies of the nations have been exposed. I renounce the 'hollow promises' of Affirmative Action and the 'Wedges' used to divide Your People. Grant me a (Hearing Heart) to see that the heathen’s solution is always for the heathen’s benefit. I pray that Israel stop seeking a seat in their schools and to start building the YAH-centered schools of Zion. I declare that the reversal of the heathen’s laws is the beginning of our sovereignty. We are no longer waiting for a quota; we are reclaiming our educational power by Your hand HalleluYah!

Elohim still loves you, Israel. The call remains the same: Choose Life, Choose Blessing, Choose Undivided Devotion. Repent, Return, and be free from the shadows of gross darkness.
