Hebrew History 101 | An Open Letter To The Abstainers | The Myth of Neutrality

To the Governments of the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Canada, and the European Union:

On March 25, 2026, the United Nations General Assembly presented you with a mirror. You chose to look away. You acknowledged that the Transatlantic Slave Trade was a "horror," yet you refused to vote for the restoration of what was stolen. You hide behind the word "retroactivity" as if it were a shield. You claim that because centuries have passed, the "legal window" for justice has closed. But history and the Divine Law does not recognize your statute of limitations. 

By abstaining from the vote to recognize the Transatlantic Slave Trade as the world’s gravest crime against humanity, you attempted to walk a political tightrope.

You claim to acknowledge the "horror" of the past, yet you reject the "restitution" of the present.

Let us be clear: Apologies without restoration are empty words. Confession without repentance is theater.

Your legal defense is built on a foundation of sand. You argue that because your parliaments and your kings wrote laws legalizing human trafficking, no crime was committed.

This is a legal and moral fiction. Your laws had zero jurisdiction on the African continent.

When your ships arrived, they encountered Sovereign Nations with their own laws - laws that defined kidnapping as a capital crime.

By financing, incentivizing, and purchasing these kidnapped souls, your state-chartered monopolies (like the Royal African Company and the Dutch West India Company) engaged in an international criminal conspiracy. Psalm 83:4 - “They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance.” By financing these "man-stealers," you became a "fence" for stolen property. Under every moral and legal code known to man, a thief cannot pass a valid title. Whether it was the Kingdom of Dahomey, the Asante, or the Oyo, the individuals taken were stolen under the laws of their own land. You cannot "legalize" a crime by simply moving it across an ocean.

The "Compound Interest" of Iniquity

You say you are not responsible for the sins of your ancestors. Yet, you continue to live in the houses they built with the profits.

• Your Central Banks were founded on slave capital.
• Your Insurance Giants grew wealthy insuring our ancestors as "cargo."
• Your Industrial Revolutions were fueled by the cotton, sugar, and indigo produced by blood.

To keep the profit while disavowing the crime is not “neutrality" - it is theft by extension. You are holding the "fruit of the poisonous tree," and you refuse to let go.

The Biblical Verdict

You may use your modern courts to delay the bill, but you cannot override the High Court of the Creator. The Law regarding the "Man-Stealer" is absolute. 

You may ignore the UN resolutions, but you cannot ignore the record of the Most High. The Law is clear:

Exodus 21:16

"And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death."

The world has found the "stolen" in your hands. Your museums are filled with our history; your banks are filled with our labor; your systemic structures are built on our displacement, and your lands are filled with our ancestors graves.

Abstaining is not an option. You are either for Restitution or you are for the Theft. There is no middle ground in the face of the "400-Year Verdict."

We do not seek your pity. We demand the return of the inheritance. The breach must be repaired.

3. Stand Firm in the Truth: Do not let the media frame reparations as a "handout." It is Restitution for Theft. Remind them of the Japanese and Pearl Harbor, the Jews and the holocaust; and also remind them of the slaveowners who were compensated for loss of slave labor here in the US and the UK.

Elohim still loves you, Israel. The call remains the same: Choose Life, Choose Blessing, Choose Undivided Devotion. Repent, Return, and be free from the shadows of gross darkness.
