Hebrew History 101 | Formal Rebuttal | To the Deniers and the “Neutral"

It is time to dismantle the "diplomatic politeness" used by the United States and the European abstainers. This response is structured as a formal Rebuttal to the 2026 UN General Assembly, specifically addressing the arguments made by the U.S. Ambassador and the European bloc.

Subject: Response to the United States’ "No" Vote and the European Union’s Abstention on the UN Resolution for Reparatory Justice.

1. Rebutting the "Legal at the Time" Defense

To the United States and the United Kingdom: You argue that international law cannot be applied retroactively to a period when the trade was "legal." This argument is a legal fiction.

  • The Jurisdictional Truth: Your laws, the Code Noir, the Slave Codes of Virginia, or the British Navigation Acts, had zero jurisdiction on the soil of the African continent. When your agents purchased kidnapped human beings in West Africa, they were purchasing "stolen property" under the sovereign laws of those African nations.
  • The Crime of Kidnapping: In the jurisdictions of the Akan, Yoruba, and Igbos, kidnapping was a capital crime. You did not "buy" people; you financed a criminal enterprise that violated the sovereignty of African nations.
  • The Verdict: A thief cannot pass a law in his own house to "legalize" the jewelry he stole from his neighbor. Therefore, your "title" to our ancestors was void from the moment of capture.

2. Rebutting the "Retroactivity" Shield

To the European Bloc (France, Netherlands, Portugal): You claim that because centuries have passed, the debt is expired.

  • Continuous Enrichment: Reparations are not about "punishing the living for the sins of the dead." They are about the restitution of stolen wealth that is still in your hands today.
  • The Insurance & Banking Debt: Your central banks (Bank of England), your insurance giants (Lloyd's of London), and your elite universities (Harvard, Yale, Oxford) still operate on the interest and capital generated by the bodies of the enslaved. This is not a "past" event; it is a current economic reality.
  • The Verdict: If a bank discovers it is holding stolen money, it does not get to keep it just because the robbery happened decades ago. The "Retroactivity" argument is merely a tactic to avoid a massive global audit.

3. Rebutting the "Hierarchy of Suffering" (Israel's Stance)

To the Zionist Jews: You voted "No" on the grounds that labeling the Slave Trade the "gravest crime" creates a hierarchy of suffering.

  • The Uniqueness of the 400-Year Verdict: The Transatlantic Slave Trade was a uniquely global, industrialized system that lasted for four centuries, involving the forced migration of over 12.5 million people and the systemic erasure of their names, languages, culture, land, and identities.
  • Universal Justice: Recognizing the gravity of this crime does not diminish any other historical atrocity. Justice is not a "zero-sum" game. By voting "No," you suggest that certain historical debts are more valid than others.
  • The Verdict: True justice demands that every "man-stealer" and "man-holder" (Exodus 21:16 - “And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death.”) be held to the same scriptural and moral standard, regardless of the era or the political alliance.

The Final Warning to the Abstainers

To those who abstained (Canada, Germany, Belgium): To be "neutral" in the face of a 400-year theft is to side with the thief. You acknowledge the "horror" but refuse the "restitution." This is the definition of hypocrisy. You offer apologies while holding onto the wallet.

The descendants of slaves in the Diaspora and the nations of Africa are no longer asking for your permission to define our history. We are presenting the bill.

Habakkuk 2:12

"Woe to him that buildeth a town with blood, and stablisheth a city by iniquity!"

The cities of the West were established by iniquity, and the "stones shall cry out of the wall" (Habakkuk 2:11) until the debt is satisfied.

Elohim still loves you, Israel. The call remains the same: Choose Life, Choose Blessing, Choose Undivided Devotion. Repent, Return, and be free from the shadows.

I hope this blog post has been helpful. If you have any questions, please feel free to leave a comment below. Shalom qodesh qadasheem - the “set apart ones.”
